Each Laganna Jewelry piece is lovingly handcrafted using natural stones. Minor variations in color, wire wrapping, or stone shape are part of the beauty and individuality of handmade art, they do not qualify as defects.

💳 Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., card, bank, or Mint pay, Koko Pay & Payzy payments listed at checkout). Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

💰Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.

🚚Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only.Made-to-order pieces may take up to 14-21 business days to craft. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch via trusted local couriers. Laganna Jewelry is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

🔁Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

✅ Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The item arrives damaged or broken
• You received the wrong item
• Your order never arrived due to a courier or fulfillment error

💍 Ring Sizing Notice

Rings are made to the size you select at checkout and cannot be resized. If you ordered the wrong size, a new ring will need to be remade. The customer is responsible for remaking fees and courier costs (both ways).

• Allergic reactions to metals or stones
• Normal wear and tear
• Indirect losses (such as missed gifting dates or courier delays)

• Avoid water, sweat, perfume, and rough handling
• Store jewelry in a dry, airtight container
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear

We use a range of natural and artist-selected stones. Some may be heat-treated, dyed, stabilized, or lab-grown all standard practices in jewelry making. While we select stones for beauty and meaning, we do not provide gemological certifications or origin reports. Our focus is emotional connection, not formal gemology. Stone meanings shared on our site are for personal inspiration, not medical or spiritual guarantees.
