If your Laganna jewelry has been worn down, loosened, or damaged over time, you can send it back home to us. Through our Second Life Service, we carefully renew your piece so it can be worn, loved, and cherished all over again.

This is not about replacing what you had. It’s about continuing the story. 🤍

What This Service Includes

For this service, the metal structure of your piece is fully renewed to ensure strength, safety, and long-term wear.

Depending on the condition, we may:

• Completely replace worn or damaged metal components
• Carefully rewrap and secure your original stones
• Replace stones only if they cannot be safely reused
• Reassemble and refine the piece by hand
• Clean and refresh it for lasting beauty

Even when the metal is fully renewed, we preserve the design and soul of your piece as closely as possible.

You will always be informed if any stones need replacing.

How It Works

Step 1 ➤ Contact Us
Send us clear photos of your piece via Instagram, WhatsApp, or our website form.

Step 2 ➤ Assessment & Quotation
After reviewing the photos, we’ll assess the condition of your piece and provide a detailed price quote.

The quote includes:
⬩ Material costs required for renewal
⬩ Labour cost for the restoration
⬩ Return shipping cost to send the piece back to you

Step 3 ➤ Payment & Sending the Piece
Once you confirm and complete the payment, we’ll share the address to send your piece.

Kindly note: Shipping the jewelry to our address must be arranged and covered by the customer.

Step 4 ➤ Renewal Process
Once we receive your piece, we carefully begin the renewal process in our workshop.

Step 5 ➤ Return Home
After restoration is complete, your piece is safely packed and sent back to you.

Processing Time

Each piece is restored individually.
Our minimum processing time is 14–21 working days, depending on the level of renewal needed. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
