Your Options If Something’s Wrong

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • Your order never arrived due to a courier or fulfillment error on our end

⚠️ Important: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference.


📝 How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (if applicable).
  3. Once reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for: Change of mind, Ring sizing mistakes, Courier delays, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

💡 Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Laganna Jewelry.

 

🔄 Exchanges

Valid Reasons for Exchange

We accept exchanges only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You ordered the wrong ring size (see Ring Sizing Notice below)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue


💍 Ring Sizing Notice

Each ring is custom-made to the size you select at checkout.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size:

  • We cannot resize the existing piece
  • A new ring must be remade from scratch

The customer is responsible for:
• The full remaking fee
• Courier charges (both ways)

📦 Return Condition Requirements

Items sent back for exchange must be:

  • Unworn and unused, in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, including:
  1. The Laganna mailer box
  2. Jewelry boxes or pouches
  3. Any included cards, tags, or inserts
  • Securely packed in a protective outer layer to prevent damage in transit

⚠️ Items missing any original packaging or returned in poor condition will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.


🚚 Stock & Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is no longer available, we may offer:

  • An alternative of similar value, or
  • A store credit valid for future purchases

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.


⚠️ Important Notes

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in stone color, shape, or wire wrapping (each piece is handmade and unique)
  • Courier delays or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Laganna Jewelry is not liable for damage caused by wear, improper care, or exposure to moisture or chemicals. Please refer to our Care Instructions for proper jewelry care.
