• Made-to-order pieces: may take up to 14-21 business days for production before dispatch.
• After dispatch: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional courier fees.
