Yes! Every piece is handcrafted by us, one by one, using natural stones and artist-grade wires. No two pieces are exactly alike and that's what makes each one special.

We use two types of wire:

• Gold/Silver plated copper wire - hypoallergenic, artist-grade and tarnish-resistant with a protective coating.
• 14k or 18k real gold-plated wire with a clear protective coating to help keep the shine longer.
• For chains and findings we use stainless steel vacuum-plated (PVD) components. They're hypoallergenic and very durable. We choose vacuum plating because it gives a longer-lasting shine that holds up much better than traditional plating over time.

While stainless steel is known for its durability, we still recommend keeping your piece away from moisture and chemicals, as natural stones and wire can be affected over time.

We work with a wide range of beautiful stones. Many are raw and natural, and some may be gently enhanced through heat, dye or stabilization, or thoughtfully created using modern ethical methods. These are the same quality stones used and trusted by wire-wrapping artists around the world. Every stone is chosen for its beauty, energy and the story it carries.

Our focus is on emotional connection to a piece of art rather than formal gemological documentation. We source our natural stones through trusted suppliers used by artists worldwide. Our pieces are meant to be worn, felt and loved as art, not collected as certified gems. Because of that, we don't provide individual lab certifications or origin reports. If that's what you're looking for, we're probably not the right fit for you.

We believe beauty should be accessible. The stones we use are the same ones celebrated by wire-wrapping artists all over the world. Laganna was born from a desire to bring that beauty to more people and make something meaningful that feels special without being out of reach.

Yes, but gently. Our pieces are handcrafted and designed to be worn with a little care. We recommend taking them off before showering, sleeping or intense activity. Mindful wear keeps your jewelry looking beautiful for longer.

For chains and findings we use stainless steel vacuum-plated (PVD) components. They're hypoallergenic and very durable.

And we use tarnish-resistant plated wire, available in gold and silver, that allows for the delicate curves and wraps you see in our designs. That protective layer on the wire can wear off if exposed to water, sweat, perfumes or harsh chemicals over time.

We choose materials that balance beauty, comfort and longevity when treated with a little love.

Store your piece in the soft satin pouch it comes with, then place it inside an airtight container or ziplock bag. Keep it away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. This simple step helps keep both the stones and wire looking fresh and beautiful.

After each wear, gently wipe your piece with a soft dry cloth. Avoid water and chemical cleaners as they can wear down the protective layer on the wire and affect the stone's surface over time.

We'd recommend avoiding it. Sweat, saltwater, friction and movement can all reduce the lifespan of your piece. Let it rest when you do!

Yes. Many of our stones are raw or lightly polished which makes them more delicate than standard cut gemstones. Avoid impact, moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

Your Laganna piece is made to last, not forever, but beautifully. With mindful care it will stay lovely for years. These aren't mass-made accessories. They're tiny handcrafted sculptures made with care and intention. A little attention really does go a long way.

All our rings follow US ring sizes. We recommend using our step-by-step ring sizing guide to find yours. Try to measure a few times using different methods if possible. Double-checking before you order can save a lot of worry later because once your ring is made, we can't resize it. Your perfect fit is worth the extra moment.

It happens and we completely understand. Because each ring is handcrafted through wire-wrapping, it cannot be resized once it's made. If the size is incorrect we'll need to create a new ring from scratch. A small remaking fee and two-way delivery charges will apply. We're always here to help as kindly as possible, which is exactly why we warmly recommend checking your size carefully before ordering.

Yes, absolutely. If you would like us to include a handwritten or printed card for a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, just leave your message in the order note field at checkout. You will find it in the checkout drawer. If you forgot to add a note or need to make a change after ordering, message us on WhatsApp or email and we will update it for you as long as the package has not shipped yet.

Not at all. We don't include any invoices or price tags in our parcels, so your gift can go straight to your loved one. No surprises except the beautiful kind.

Every Laganna order already arrives beautifully packaged inside our signature jewelry box, placed in a soft satin pouch and tucked into our branded outer packaging. It truly looks and feels like a gift from the moment it arrives, because we believe every piece deserves that.

Not at the moment. All orders must be prepaid for us to begin crafting or dispatching your jewelry.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing checkout. If you didn't get one, please check your spam folder or just contact us.

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka using trusted local courier partners to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully.

Please note that orders are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and production can take up to 2–3 weeks before shipping.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier operations.

Each Laganna piece is handcrafted to order, made with love and care. This made-to-order process helps us minimise waste and avoid overproduction. We appreciate your patience and support for slow, thoughtful craftsmanship.

Standard delivery fee is 390LKR.
Please note that any additional courier fees caused by failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched we'll update your tracking details on order status page so you can follow your jewelry's journey to you.

The easiest way is to visit the product page of the piece you purchased, scroll down to the Reviews section and click the "Write a Review" button.
You can also scan the QR code on the thank you card included in your order, or look out for an email invitation from us after your purchase. We'd love to see how you're wearing your Laganna pieces. Photo and video reviews are especially appreciated!

Yes! Text reviews are always welcome. That said, photo reviews earn you an exclusive 15% discount code as a little thank you gift from us.

Add your favourite pieces to your cart, then open the cart drawer or cart page and look for the promo code field. Enter your discount code there and it will be applied to your order. No minimum purchase required.

We offer exchanges only in these situations. You received the wrong item, your item was damaged in transit, or you need a different ring size.

All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Please reach out with your order number, photos of the issue and your preferred solution.

Items must be in unused, original condition and packed with all original materials including the jewelry box, pouch, cards and outer box. Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned at the customer's cost.

We do not offer cash refunds unless your item arrived damaged or did not arrive at all.
